We, as a group of people, belong to ‘Bahujan’ society. We are dedicated to serve our entire society by writing extensively about our literature and other Fine Arts, social and political history, religion and philosophy, and contemporary cultural and political issues; by collecting, documenting, and exhibiting the lifestyle and cultural aspects of our society; and by propagating through intellectual and creative endeavour our shared, composite ideology which is based on the Teachings of the Buddha. This website and its allied digital wings, i.e. YouTube channel and Facebook will rightly play preeminent role as a Digital Repository of Bahujan Culture at large. We are the followers of Babasaheb Ambedkar, Jogendranath Mandal, Hari-Guruchand Thakur, Thakur Panchanan Barman, Raicharan Sardar, Birsa Munda, Shidu-Kanu, Tilka Manjhi, Raghunath Mahato, Ramaswamy Periyar, Mangu Ram, Lalai Singh Yadav, Karpuri Thakur, Ayyankali, Jyotirao Phule, Mata Savitribai Phule, Sadguru Ravidas, Guru Nanak, and many other social crusaders who in different periods of Indian history stood against Brahminical hegemony and sought to reclaim human dignity and respect for the downtrodden people of all genders, of all castes and of all tribes. Taking art and culture as our weapon we pledge to make the society egalitarian and inspire our people through various communicative mediums to fight for securing Equality, Liberty, and Fraternity. We will speak for and act to upholding the Constitution of India and remain obedient to Fundamental Rights and Fundamental Duties enshrined in our great Constitution. Our relentless struggle will forever be led to secure the human dignity and respect that every person can claim to be the most essential prerequisite of being human on mother Earth.
